wine. A fun and interactive session that introduces wine enthusiasts
to sampling and selecting wines.

two of our favorite foods! Savor the experience and share your feedback
on some dynamic duos.
"Just Desserts" - Wine and Desserts: Learn about pairing different
styles of wines with desserts that will be sure to delight!

About" Alton L. Long, Wine Author, Educator and Festival Consultant
This seminar will teach participants about the many characteristics
that make up a good wine. They will discover the difference between
tastes and smells associated with wine and the various aspects that
make a wine appealing to consumers.
"Matching Wine with Cheese" Vicki Gref, Blue Mountain Vineyards Learn
about different flavors of cheese and the wines that compliments wines.
"Drink to Your Health" Elaine Austen, Franklin Hill Vineyards Elaine
will speak of the latest health benefits of moderate, daily wine consumption
and the helpful hints of pairing wines with your everyday meals.
"German Style Wine Varieties of Pennsylvania" Members of the American
Wine Society The presentation will allow participants to taste and learn
about lesser known and newer wine varieties as well as some of the newer
hybrids.
"Matching Chocolate with PA Wines" Debra Deis, Executive Director of
PA Wine Association Taste and experience the matching of the wide variety
of Pennsylvania wines with some different types of Chocolate.
"Apple and Fruit Wines of PA" Debra Deis, Executive Director of PA Wine
Association "How to Taste and Judge a Wine" Alton L. Long, Wine Author,
