TERMS & CONDITIONS
-PLEASE READ CAREFULLY-
POLICIES: Tickets and vouchers for all events are subject to
availability. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets
and vouchers could be as late as the day of your arrival. Your package
is confirmed only upon the receipt and acceptance by you of the Fed
Ex or Postal package containing your room confirmation and vouchers.
Please review the package upon receipt and prior to acceptance to be
certain it contains all ordered items. Do not accept your package if
it is not complete.
Tickets and vouchers should be treated as cash. They are not replaceable.
If lost, stolen or destroyed they cannot and will not be replaced.
CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPONED PACKAGES:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We understand that there may be reasons
that you may not be able to consume your entire package or that you
may have to cancel you trip. However, the rooms, tickets, and associated
costs of this package are paid for at the time of reservations. We cannot
and will not refund, postpone or give any credits or partial credit
for a cancellation for whatever reason. We suggest that you make arrangements
for travel insurance to cover any cancellations.
SPECIAL NOTES: Ski tickets are for "Day" defined as
8AM to 5 PM OR "Twilight" defined as 12:30 PM to 10
PM. Your ticket vouchers allow you to determine your time of skiing
(or Boarding) (either day or twilight) at the time you arrive at the
resort to pick up your lift tickets. Please time your arrival accordingly.
Meal Vouchers can be used at any of the five restaurants noted on the
meal voucher. Some restaurants may require advance reservations and
you will receive instructions with your package on how to make these
reservations.
WEATHER: Due to the nature of the sport, weather conditions may affect
travel to and from the event or hotel, and may cause the postponement
or cancellation of the the sport at the resort. Or weather conditions
may cause curtailment of lift operations. Such circumstances are beyond
the control of our company, and accordingly, no refund for unused services,
or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions
or event cancellation, will be made by our company. Once again Travel
insurance may be a wise choice.
ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATIONS: If, due to circumstances beyond our control,
the listed hotel is not available, Golden Interests Inc. reserves the
right to accommodate the travelers in another hotel of equivalent rating
as determined by the reasonable judgment of Golden Interests, Inc and
according to the information published in the Official Hotel Guide
LIABILITY: We do not own or manage any vehicle, hotel, restaurant or
other supplier of services. Such parties are independent contractors.
All arrangements with such independent contractors are made for your
convenience and are at your risk. You release our company against any
claims for loss or damage to property or personal injuries or death,
or for any loss from delay arising out of the acts of any independent
contractor. Any contractual dispute shall be litigated in the county
of Monroe the state of Pennsylvania.
