This country club community is comprised of fulltime and seasonal residents, as well as rental homes for those guests at Woodloch Pines who desire more spacious accommodations. Here you can rent your very own private vacation home and have access to many of the resort facilities at Woodloch pines resort just a few minutes away.

The championship golf course at Woodloch Springs is semi- private. Outside players can reserve tee times up to 4 days in advance based upon availability. Guests and members have preferred tee times.
