Pocmont's KIDS WORLD DAY CAMP PROGRAM provides supervised activities for youngsters ages 3 - 10 years (Please note - children must be toilet trained.)

The Teen Program is for children ages 11 years and up. Activities include Arts and Crafts, Outdoor Sports, Movies, Group Games, Tie -dyeing, Indoor Games and Talent Shows. The counselors are screened for their skills and interest in working with children. Their primary goal is to provide a safe environment with fun-filled activities for your child.

Basically, the children are grouped as follows; JUNIORS (ages 3-6), SENIORS (ages 7-10), and TEEN PROGRAM (ages 11 years and up). For certain activities, the groups participate together as one. If parents wish to have siblings grouped together, the older child must go to the younger age group. Children should be sent to camp dressed appropriately. Children should arrive to camp with a jacket as we will go outside (if weather permits).

Day Camp will meet daily at 10:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 7:30 p.m., or 8:00 p.m., outside Seasons Dining Room. Please try to have children arrive on time. All efforts are designed to insure that your children have the best possible stay at POCMONT.

SAFETY IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN IN EVERY SITUATION. Out counselors are well trained to provide leadership and guidance in a calm and relaxed manner. They are directed to put the safety of each child BEFORE any other consideration.

6:30 p.m. Day Camp registration in front of Seasons Dining Room.

7:30 p.m. Movie at Kid's World.

9:30 p.m. Dismissal in front of Season Dining Room.

Thursday

10:00 a.m. Arts and Crafts at Kid's World. 11:15 a.m. Board games and play time at Kid's World.

12:00 Noon Dismissal in front of Seasons Dining Room.

1:00 p.m. Mini-golf a the athletic field (weather permitting). 2:00 p.m. Swimming at the indoor pool.

3:30 p.m. Rest time and juice and cookies for the children.

4:00 p.m. Dismissal at the indoor pool.

8:00 p.m. Movie at Kid's World.

10:00 p.m. Dismissal in front of Seasons Dining Room.

Friday

10:00 a.m. Arts and Crafts at Kid's World.

11:15 a.m. "Scavenger Hunt" in the lobby area. Join us as the children team up to find the most items. Prizes for the winners.

12:00 Noon Dismissal in front of Seasons Dining Room.

1:00p.m. Bowling at Sky Lanes. $9.00 fee for this activity.

4:00 - 4:15 p.m. Dismissal in front of Seasons Dining Room.

8:00 p.m. Movie at Kid's World.

10:00 p.m. Dismissal in front of Seasons Dining Room.

Saturday

10:00 a.m. Tie Dyeing at Kids World. Join us as we tie dye T-shirts in beautiful colors. Bring your own T-shirt or you can purchase one for $6.00 This is a fun activity that you can "wear" home with you.

11:15 a.m. Foul shooting contest at the new indoor Recreation Center.

12:00 Noon Dismissal in front of the Season Fining Room.

1:30 p.m. Jackpot Bingo. Try your luck in the Star Room Nightclub.

2:30 p.m. Swimming at the indoor pool.

4:00 p.m. Dismissal from the indoor pool.

8:30 p.m. Grand Slam Bingo - one big game with Lee Jay in the Star Room

. 9:30 p.m. Nintendo 64 games at Kids World.

10:30 p.m. Dismissal from the Skyview Lounge.

Sunday

10:00 a.m. Pool Tournament in the Arcade.

11:15 a.m. Bingo for prizes in the Star Room.

12:00 Noon Dismissal in front of Seasons Dining Room.

Baby-sitting Information

Baby-sitting is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please let us know your baby-sitting needs as soon as possible. Baby-sitting is available after day camp ends each evening. All baby-sitters are for a minimum of three (3) hours. The rates for baby-sitting are as follows: $7.50 per hour (One Child) $8.50 per hour (Two Children in same room) $9.50 per hour (Three Children in same room)
