Resort Policies

To complete your reservation you are required to enter a valid credit card number. Payment Policy: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover accepted for deposits. A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. Credit card deposits are processed the same day the reservation is made. In an effort to control costs, we request that the balance due upon arrival be paid in cash, travelers check or money order. Sorry, No personal checks accepted. We require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice of cancellation to refund your deposit less a $50.00 service charge per cottage. Thirty-(30) days notice required for cancellation of holiday reservations or group reservations. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable unless the cottage/suite is rebooked. Rental Policy: We require that all guests of Naomi Village must be over 21 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. All changes are subject to a $7 fee. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled on or within 14 day(s) prior to arrival, will be charged a penalty equal to the deposit in addition to the $25 cancellation fee. There will also be a hotel cancellation charge of $50.00. No shows will be charged a penalty equal to the deposit in addition to the $25 cancellation fee. **Holidays and Special Event Dates require 30 days notice.**Please contact our reservation center at 1-800-572-0134 to cancel or modify a reservation.
