Cuisine

Your spa package includes three gourmet meals daily, plus snacks and treats offered throughout the day at our juice bars and lounges. Our chef invites you to share your special dietary needs in advance of your arrival, so we may customize your menus. Your spa package includes dinner on your day of arrival and lunch on your day of departure. Additional meals may be purchased with early arrivals or late departures.

Hours of Operation:
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner: 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Reservations are recommended for dinner. We suggest you allow at least 1½ hours for dinner if you have made additional evening plans.

Alcohol
After 11:30 a.m., we offer a fine selection of beers, wines and cocktails. Alcoholic beverages are not served or permitted at the spa. Our programs are focused on “awakening” inner wisdom and developing greater consciousness of the choices and decisions we make in our daily lives. To ensure your safety please be conscious of the effects of alcohol when participating in fitness and spa treatment activities. The intake of any alcoholic beverage, before or shortly after any massage or bodywork, is not recommended, as the impact of alcohol may be intensified by certain treatments.
